Project Sales Manager Western Region

About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Sales Manager for the Western Region. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable sales growth within the market across all channels, aligning with GROHE's mission. The primary objective is to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and enhance GROHE's geographical presence in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall delivery of country results and organizational leadership.
• Act as a key participant in strategic planning for channel development.
• Execute the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Fulfill responsibilities for the Project Channel Sales Mission.
• Manage projects, including writing and maintaining project specifications within the Grohe project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets for project business within the region.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects in the country.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities outlined for this role.
