Project Sales Manager Western Region

About the Role

LIXIL is seeking a Project Sales Manager for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving profitable sales growth within the market across all channels, in alignment with GROHE’s mission. The primary objective is to achieve annual sales targets, increase market share, and enhance GROHE's geographical presence within the country.

Role Contribution and Strategy

The Project Sales Manager will be a key contributor to the overall country results and organizational leadership. This position plays a significant role in the strategic planning for channel development. Responsibilities include ensuring the sales mission aligns with corporate objectives and KPIs, specifically within the Project Channel Sales Mission for the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects by writing and maintaining project specifications within the GROHE project system.
• Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, ensuring local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.
• Provide high-quality information and analysis to support strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Identify key channels and targets in the region for project business.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain professional relationships with designers and architects within the country.
• Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region as required, and prepare reports for senior management.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project sales or a similar field.
