QA/QC Manager

About the Role

National Contracting Company (NCC), part of Rezayat Group’s E&C Cluster, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to join its team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for developing and maintaining robust quality systems across NCC’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects in KSA, ensuring compliance with SEC, client, and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading quality assurance and quality control initiatives, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards. The role involves overseeing quality systems and driving continuous improvement efforts within the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering initiatives across various departments.
• Host and manage internal and external audits, including supplier, corporate, and ISO 9001 audits.
• Implement process control systems and effectively resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
• Review and approve process documentation and work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain ISO documentation and certification for the company.
• Develop and track company, site, and department quality metrics to monitor performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead quality engineering initiatives and manage audit processes.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on NCC T&D KSA projects.
