About the Role

وذرفورد is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for its operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, requiring 0-1 years of experience, focused on building the local talent base and supporting the company's Saudization commitments.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will work directly with operational and functional leaders to fill various roles across the Kingdom. This hands-on position involves managing requisitions from initial sourcing through to offer, ensuring the hiring of suitable candidates for field, technical, and support positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Saudi Arabia operations.
• Collaborate with operations and functional leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Source and recruit candidates for field, technical, and support roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Support Saudization initiatives and contribute to developing a strong local talent pool.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions and build candidate pipelines.
• Experience with sourcing and hiring for various role types.
