Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate against role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
• Engage prospective candidates and effectively communicate relevant job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress regularly.
• Support interview coordination and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience
