Registered Nurse OPD / ER

About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within either Outpatient Department (OPD) or Emergency Room (ER) settings, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires adherence to ethical and professional standards, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety through proactive identification and management of potential risks.
• Foster a positive patient experience by providing compassionate care and responsive communication.
• Support continuous learning and team development by mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Conscious Sedation certifications are desired for relevant departments.
• Licensed or eligible for registration with the appropriate Health Authority.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
