Safety and Security Officer

About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Safety and Security Officer to join their team in Medina. This full-time role focuses on maintaining a secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Role Purpose

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for implementing security protocols and responding to incidents to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises. This position involves proactive monitoring and effective incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of both interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address potential safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Assist in preliminary incident investigations, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide professional and efficient assistance to guests, responding to inquiries and concerns.
