We are seeking a Sales Development Representative ENT for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia, offering an On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation structure inclusive of base salary and target commission.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Enterprise plays a critical role in expanding Deel's market presence by penetrating new accounts and cultivating relationships with multiple contacts across various levels within target customer segments. This position directly contributes to the company's bottom line. Daily activities involve close collaboration with the broader sales team, conducting market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by understanding their onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business.
• Contribute to the development of the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, leveraging insights from the sales team.
• Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting channels, including phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and various campaigns.
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
• Generate email sequences and execute cold calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully scheduled.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working for an HR or Fintech company.
• Previous experience within a fast-growing startup environment.
• Demonstrated success working effectively in a remote and distributed team setting.
