Sales Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand market share. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and supporting the hotel's sales programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel or cluster.
• Negotiate rates and prepare contracts for group and corporate bookings in alignment with pricing strategies.
• Support business growth through the development of local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to create guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
