Scaffolding Supervisor

About the Role

Munshi HR Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, tools, and safety requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising large teams of scaffolders and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of scaffolding operations on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage large teams of scaffolders, ensuring proper allocation of manpower.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures.
• Ensure scaffolding activities for complex structures, equipment, vessels, tanks, piping, platforms, and maintenance/shutdown works are executed efficiently.
• Conduct regular scaffolding inspections, ensuring proper tagging and safe working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, scaffolding procedures, and site safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, HSE personnel, and other disciplines.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure scaffolders adhere to approved erection/dismantling procedures and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily reports on manpower, inspections, progress, and activities.

Required Knowledge and Expertise

• Thorough knowledge of scaffolding equipment, tools, components, and accessories.
• Strong practical knowledge of various scaffolding systems, including:
  • Tube & Clamp / Tube & Fitting Scaffolding
  • Cuplock Scaffolding
  • Ringlock Scaffolding
  • Frame Scaffolding
  • Mobile Scaffolding
  • Suspended Scaffolding
  • Cantilever Scaffolding
  • Stair Towers and Access Scaffolding
• Ability to ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in scaffolding supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising large teams of scaffolders.
• Proven track record of ensuring safe and efficient scaffolding operations in industrial environments.

Work Environment

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves working on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects. The position is full-time, and salary details will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
