Senior Busway Offer Specialist Field Sales Representative II

About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Busway Offer Specialist Field Sales Representative II to drive profitable growth for its Busway Systems business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on specification influence, project pursuit, technical leadership, and customer engagement. The specialist will serve as the primary technical and commercial interface between customers, partners, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery from design to commissioning. The position requires deep technical expertise combined with sales acumen in busway systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute territory growth plans, drive project specifications with stakeholders, generate new business opportunities across various segments, and manage project opportunities from early design to order closure. Achieve annual sales, profitability, and market share objectives, and maintain an accurate project pipeline and forecast.
• Technical Sales Leadership: Provide technical consultation and solution architecture for Busway applications, support customers in selecting suitable configurations, review project specifications, and conduct technical presentations and training. Promote Schneider Electric's value proposition and support value engineering initiatives.
• Design & Application Engineering: Prepare preliminary Busway layouts, review customer electrical drawings, develop and validate isometric drawings, and generate Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support busway sizing, voltage drop analysis, short-circuit calculations, and system optimization, ensuring compliance with IEC standards.
• Partner Development & Capability Building: Develop and execute partner enablement programs, train and certify partners on Busway technologies, conduct technical workshops, and support partner business planning to ensure sustainable growth.
• Factory Interface & Engineering Coordination: Act as the primary interface between customers, partners, and manufacturing facilities, managing technical and commercial communication. Convert partner and consultant drawings into factory-ready engineering packages and ensure all technical requirements are clearly defined before production release.
• Supply Chain & Project Fulfillment Management: Follow up with factories and supply chain stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery, monitor order progress, identify supply risks, and coordinate priorities for critical projects. Provide regular project status updates and support expediting activities.
• Site Installation & Project Support: Conduct site visits and installation reviews, provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with project teams for successful project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in busway systems, application engineering, design review, system layout optimization, BOM generation, factory coordination, and site execution support.
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise combined with sales acumen.
• Ability to influence specifications and pursue projects effectively.
• Proficiency in technical consultation and solution architecture for Busway applications.
• Experience with IEC standards and project requirements.
