The Role of a Senior Cyber Security Consultant

Immersive is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join its growing Customer Success team as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant. This full-time position will be based in Saudi Arabia, covering the METNA region. The consultant will serve as a consistent value champion for Immersive across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales and professional services. This involves partnering with the Enterprise Sales team to conduct Proof of Values (POVs) with new and existing customers to secure technical wins and build relationships that drive business outcomes. The role requires being embedded and dedicated to the customer for the duration of the contract, providing long-term, continuous engagement to offer industry and operational experience. The consultant will help simplify cyber resilience efforts by aligning with and complementing an organization's cyber strategy and vision, ensuring customer success and maturity in cyber resilience.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive’s technical and business value proposition.
• Engage C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business through in-depth solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management.
• Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
• Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
• Engage C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business through routine Executive Business Reviews.
• Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs.
• Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform.
• Immerse into the cybersecurity community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.

Program Management Duties

• Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating Immersive One into their cybersecurity programs sustainably.
• Leverage platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to highlight the value created along the journey.
• Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
• Serve as the first sales team resource in answering questions related to service delivery within assigned accounts.
• Assist the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to customers, providing executive-level reports and insights that support long-term account health and expansion opportunities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, including time spent in a pre-sales capacity. Experience within Customer Success is desirable.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to consult and present to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
• Demonstrated ability as an engaging speaker and presenter, capable of articulating value and discussing technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (*, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
• Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable but not essential for this role.
