About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the infrastructure and tools necessary to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools, adhering to industry best practices.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Optimize systems for high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based services and architectures across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with both on-premise and bare metal servers.
• Experience working with Linux servers; familiarity with MS Windows Server is a plus.

Technical Proficiency

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in setting up and maintaining services including Relational Databases, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Github Actions or CircleCI.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar solutions.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
