Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development (Urban Core) to lead the development of a major mixed-use precinct. This full-time role (REQ739) is critical for achieving the commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives of the Urban Core.

Role Overview

The Senior Director - Precinct Development will be accountable for the end-to-end development leadership of a significant Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This precinct will encompass public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The role requires an experienced development executive capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Maintain accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Development Leadership

Acting as the precinct owner on behalf of the client, this role will lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in development leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to balance commercial objectives with the creation of high-quality urban experiences.
