Role Summary

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of fast-track fit-out projects from inception to completion. The projects span various sectors including Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, and Education. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver financially viable projects that meet client requirements, are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work towards the creation and execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Attend industry functions, events, and conferences, providing feedback on market and creative trends.
• Supervise the end-to-end tendering process.
• Identify stakeholders and plan communications.
• Develop project management plans and schedules, ensuring activities are clearly defined for all stakeholders.
• Plan procurement in line with project schedules.
• Identify and plan risk management and responses.
• Specify project objectives and plans, including scope delineation, budgeting, scheduling, performance requirements, and subcontractor selection.
• Interface with the project team to share best practices and ensure effective resource utilization (labor, materials, equipment).
• Implement various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction.
• Maintain accurate records as construction progresses.
• Oversee construction sites and manage vendors and trades.
• Analyze and share regular updates on site operations with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Direct and manage project execution, ensuring all works are monitored, coordinated, and controlled.
• Acquire, develop, and manage the project team.
• Conduct and administer procurement in line with project schedules.
• Distribute project information to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage all local municipality and government approvals required for project operation and handover.
• Verify and control changes in scope and costs.
• Control project invoicing and final accounting.
• Monitor and control risks.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a versatile Senior Projects Manager with over 10 years of experience in a relevant field. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as projects are located across Saudi Arabia, even though the main office is in Riyadh. Candidates should possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing complex fit-out projects.
