Edition is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role involves supporting various vital spa functions and delivering a range of services to ensure a memorable guest experience. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming spa reservations and appointments.
• Providing information and answering guest inquiries about spa services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments for services.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

• Maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Managing reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
