About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our team. This full-time role involves supporting essential spa functions and delivering a range of services to ensure a memorable guest experience. The Senior Spa Therapist contributes to creating a unique and professional environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
Scheduling and confirming reservations and appointments.
Providing information and answers regarding spa services.
Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
Taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services to enhance guest experience.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Spa Therapists must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move over various surfaces, and manage reservation software. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a spa or hospitality setting.
Ability to create a safe workplace and follow established guidelines.
Proficiency in managing reservation software and related systems.
Demonstrated ability to provide professional and attentive service to guests.
