Spa Therapist

About the Role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Spa Therapist for Dar Tantora in Al Ula. This full-time role involves delivering restorative treatments and ensuring a calm guest experience within a heritage setting. The position contributes to a sustainable and inclusive wellness team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide all treatments listed on the Dalila Spa menu of services.
• Perform treatments according to bookings, managing time and product use efficiently to avoid waste.
• Administer spa treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
• Utilize essential oils, herbal, and mineral therapies to aid in body recovery.
• Assess and treat specific soft tissue areas, providing appropriate rehabilitation advice to guests.
• Evaluate guests' physical condition and advise on relaxation and stretching techniques.
• Clean treatment rooms before and after each guest to maintain standards and readiness.
• Assist with cleaning all areas around the Spa.
• Ensure sufficient stocks of linen, robes, and slippers are available and arrange laundering as needed.
• Prepare body treatments, ensuring all ingredients are ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene in all internal and external areas of Dalila Spa, ensuring adequate cleaning materials are available.
• Participate in additional training for treatments and retailing to enhance performance.
• Maintain a strong and thorough knowledge of all products, treatments, and services offered by Dalila Spa.
• Meet weekly and monthly retail targets set by the Spa Manager.
• Conduct soft tissue body massages of muscles, tendons, and ligaments to assist in healing.
