Physical Requirements

Spa Therapists must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The role involves managing reservation software, which requires reading and visually verifying information. A hands-on approach is essential, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business operations.

Qualifications and Experience
