About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its team. This full-time role involves supporting various vital Spa functions and ensuring guests receive a memorable and unique experience through a wide range of services. The Spa Therapist is responsible for upholding the company's "Gold Standards" daily, which guide the brand's reputation as a global leader in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail products.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments for guests.
• Providing comprehensive information and answers regarding Spa services.
• Checking in guests efficiently and professionally.
• Processing payments accurately as part of the guest experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in managing reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
