About the Role

This full-time role involves a range of services, from promoting spa offerings to managing reservations and processing payments, ensuring each interaction enhances the guest's overall experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Spa Therapists will manage reservation software, requiring the ability to read and visually verify information. The position also involves physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
