About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Spa Therapist for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is integral to supporting various spa functions, focusing on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through spa services and related support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming reservations and appointments.
• Providing information and answering guest inquiries about spa services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards and ensuring professional appearance and communication.
• Managing reservation software and verifying information visually.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving over varied surfaces, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds without assistance or 25 pounds with assistance.
• Delivering the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton with graciousness and thoughtfulness daily.

Physical Demands

The position requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
