EDITION is seeking a Spa Receptionist, a Saudi National, to support essential Spa functions. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience through efficient service delivery and operational support within the spa environment. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments accurately.
• Providing comprehensive information and answers regarding spa services.
• Checking in guests efficiently upon their arrival.
• Processing payments for services and products.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. Spa Receptionists will be expected to be on their feet and moving around, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. The role involves managing reservation software, requiring the ability to read and visually verify information. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
