Role Overview

The Spa & Wellness Concierge will join the Wellness & Spa team at Rosewood AMAALA, reporting to the Wellness Manager. This role is central to delivering luxury wellness services by providing seamless, personalized service throughout the Asaya Spa journey. The Concierge will be the primary point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring a refined experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality, ensuring a positive first impression aligned with Rosewood and Asaya standards.
• Manage spa reservations, schedules, guest profiles, vouchers, and inquiries accurately and discreetly.
• Personalize guest experiences by understanding preferences and recommending suitable wellness options.
• Process payments, voucher transactions, and daily reconciliations in compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with wellness and operational teams to maintain high standards for all guest-facing areas.
• Uphold health, safety, service quality, privacy, and luxury hospitality standards while supporting daily spa operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment, preferably in a guest-facing wellness or concierge role.
• Demonstrated passion for wellness and an ability to create personalized guest experiences.
• Proficiency in spa reservation and property management systems for handling bookings, guest information, and payments.

• Strong communication skills for building relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and service excellence.
