Spa Attendant

About the Role

EDITION is seeking a Spa Attendant to support various vital spa functions. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through spa services. The Spa Attendant will take initiative in delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Promoting spa services or retail products.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments.
• Providing information and answers about spa services.
• Checking in guests upon arrival.
• Processing payments for services.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards for services.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Managing reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Taking a hands-on approach to work, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
