Edition is seeking a Spa Attendant to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is essential for supporting various Spa functions and ensuring a memorable guest experience. The Spa Attendant contributes to creating a unique and high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail products to guests.
• Scheduling and confirming reservations for Spa appointments.
• Providing information and answering guest inquiries about available services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled as part of the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The Spa Attendant will manage reservation software, requiring visual verification of information. The position also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required.
