The Role of Spa Manager

LEVAYĀ is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the spa team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Spa Manager will be responsible for upholding LEVAYĀ’s standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth workflows and high service quality.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa team, including receptionists and therapists.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training programs.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences, professionally handle feedback, and effectively resolve complaints.
• Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, cancellations, and guest relations.
• Monitor sales performance, service revenue, and daily operational targets.
• Drive revenue growth through service recommendations, packages, and memberships.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation across all spa areas.
• Ensure the spa consistently reflects LEVAYĀ’s luxury brand identity and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for performance and profitability improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in spa management, wellness operations, or luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of spa services, treatment operations, and guest experience management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and experience monitoring sales, revenue, and operational performance.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a luxury wellness environment focused on providing high-end guest experiences.
