Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
Certification in personal training or group fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of HIIT training principles and functional fitness.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.

Corrective Coaching Delivery:
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group corrective sessions.
- Programme for common movement limitations (low back, shoulder, hip/knee, mobility restrictions, tendinopathy principles).
- Apply structured load management, regressions/progressions, and graded exposure.
Assessment & Standards Ownership:
- Lead the full corrective assessment journey (screen → plan → re-test).
- Develop and maintain SOPs, screening protocols, and documentation standards.
- Ensure coach calibration, safety compliance, and escalation pathways.
Integrated Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with physiotherapy and recovery teams.
- Ensure seamless handovers and operate within clear scope boundaries.
