Job Description

- Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and group fitness training sessions to members.

- Monitor members’ progress and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals.

- Develop and adapt training programs based on members’ needs and fitness levels.

- Enhance the overall member experience and contribute to member satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate and monitor training sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Continuously develop professional knowledge and stay updated with fitness industry practices.

- Collaborate with the fitness team and other departments to support smooth operations.

- Support the development of the fitness team by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues when required.

Requirements:

- Degree in Physical Education or a related field.

- Relevant experience in the fitness or sports industry.

- Fitness-related professional certifications.

- Certifications in Personal Training, Core Training, or Corrective Exercise Training.

- Strong technical knowledge of exercises and training techniques.

- Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English.

- Familiarity with fitness software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
Requires 2-5 Years experience
Intermediate in English
