Fakeeh Care Group, a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join its team. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the efficient management of essential medical resources within our healthcare facilities.

Role Summary

The Stock Controller is responsible for the comprehensive management of inventory and procurement processes for biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials across healthcare facilities. This role demands meticulous organization, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of warehouse management principles specific to biomedical items.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of stock and inventory control for biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all biomedical items in stock, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and re-order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
• Implement and enforce inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize stock management.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with electronic records and reports.
• Perform file backup tasks for proper storage and archiving of electronic inventory registers.
• Receive, circulate, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing accessories, spare parts, and other biomedical items.
• Ensure a sequential numbering system for all outgoing correspondence related to inventory management.
• Ensure all correspondence reaches the appropriate department and is properly recorded for tracking.
• Maintain and update related documents as required.
• Follow up on pending documents, ensuring timely exchange of original records.
• Contact suppliers and companies to request quotations, ensuring procurement needs are met with competitive pricing.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably within a healthcare or biomedical context.
