Stock Controller

About the Role

H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory operations within their showrooms in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are detail-oriented and proficient in stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Control inbound and outbound stock movements within the showroom.
• Receive stock transfers, ensuring proper labeling and pricing of newly arrived items.
• Process showroom pickup items, including sorting and invoicing.
• Prepare and dispatch items designated for delivery from the warehouse.
• Perform cross-matching of all inventory transactions across physical stock, Wasp, and Dynamics systems.
• Respond to inventory inquiries, providing reports and conducting counts as required.
• Conduct continuous cycle counting, ensuring at least one full inventory count per quarter.
• Report any discrepancies or violations related to stock management.
• Update product prices accurately and in a timely manner.

Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators including:

• Showroom Accuracy
• Number of Transactions Processed

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in stock control or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and perform accurate stock counts.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, involving direct interaction with showroom operations and warehouse coordination.
