Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the Role

Amsy is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to establish and lead the supply chain and procurement function. This full-time role requires a professional capable of operating independently or managing a small team of 1-2 coordinators. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and maintaining audit-ready records with approval matrices and three-way matching.
• Oversee high-standard warehouse management, ensuring proper zoning, 5S discipline, and accurate tagging and labeling.
• Implement live stock tracking within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, maintaining zero off-system inventory.
• Conduct scheduled cycle counts, full inventory updates, and variance investigations.
• Ensure alignment with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to prevent supply chain issues from becoming a critical path.
• Develop vendor partnerships, including framework agreements, benchmarked pricing, and supplier performance management.
• Manage the full fleet, utilizing utilization/fuel dashboards, scheduling maintenance, and reporting cost-per-vehicle.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction or manufacturing supply chain, with strong knowledge of the Saudi market vendor landscape.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management, including 5S principles, tagging systems, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency in ERP-driven procurement control; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is a strong advantage.
• Experience in fleet or logistics management, including dashboard-based reporting.
• Proven track record of cost-reduction results and strong negotiation skills with both local and international suppliers.
• Experience with import and customs processes is preferred.
