The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Consultant

MasarEng is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support its operations and partner organizations in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract, remote role focused on sourcing, attracting, and selecting engineering talent across various specialties. The consultant will manage and execute full-life cycle recruiting activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and client partners to achieve national talent development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define role requirements in collaboration with hiring stakeholders.
• Post job opportunities and screen applications.
• Coordinate and conduct structured interviews.
• Advise clients on effective hiring strategies.
• Assess candidate fit for various engineering roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize data and market insights to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
