Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on end-to-end recruitment, specifically for sales and related hiring across the business. The role involves working strategically with senior management to align recruitment needs with business objectives and execute talent acquisition plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans, execute recruitment strategies, and provide expertise on market conditions and competitor analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for business areas and line managers regarding daily recruitment activities.
• Formulate recruitment plans, develop and assess job descriptions, and identify effective candidate attraction methods to streamline the hiring process.
• Drive regional or global Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as employee referral schemes, as required.
• Advise and coach line managers on recruitment policies, best practices, selection processes, competency frameworks, and interview techniques.
• Source candidates directly through headhunting, advertising, referrals, and search methods.
• Conduct HR competency and biographical interviews.
• Coordinate CV, interview, and offer feedback for both line managers and candidates.
• Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs.
• Provide business-specific management information, both quantitative and qualitative, upon request.
• Maintain and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to enhance the quality benchmark for new hires at CrowdStrike.

Talent Pipeline Development

A key aspect of this role involves proactively building talent pipelines for future hiring needs while simultaneously fulfilling current openings across Saudi Arabia. This requires a forward-thinking approach to talent identification and engagement.
