SaudConsult is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding, to attract qualified candidates and support the growth of high-performing teams.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates. The specialist will also contribute to strengthening the company's employer brand in the Saudi market and ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Prepare offers and support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment cycle.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within SaudConsult's HR team.
