About the Role

Sartorius is seeking a Technical Solution Specialist Upstream MENA to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assessing customer requirements, validating technical solution concepts, delivering technical training, and providing application expertise through customer and distributor engagements. The objective is to accelerate the adoption of Sartorius technologies within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements through technical consultations, application discussions, presentations, trainings, trials, and demonstrations to increase validated solution recommendations.
• Configure and validate technical solution concepts using application expertise, process knowledge, and product-specific evaluations to accelerate technology adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and application expertise during customer and distributor engagements, including troubleshooting support and solution validation.
• Resolve application challenges through root-cause analysis, implementation support, and coordination with internal technical experts.
• Document application findings, technical limitations, and customer feedback through structured reporting and knowledge-sharing processes.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners via workshops, demonstrations, and application support activities.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a technical solution or application specialist role.
