Role Summary

The Principal Specialist, TechOps Solution, is responsible for capturing the Statement of Requirements for initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states, and driving work packages that demonstrate value over time. This role defines solution plans in alignment with Platform and Solution Architects and supports business unit delivery with site-based deployments and management. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges and troubleshoot site-based evidence for identified solutions.
• Translate priority elements of solutioning required to meet Business Unit objectives for relevant technology domains.
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure implementation meets agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to shape initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities.
• Identify and communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early in the process.

Required Experience and Competencies

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in the following core competencies:

• Technical solution architecture and design ownership.
• Quality-focused delivery guidance.
• Systems thinking and cross-domain integration.
• Strong problem structuring and communication skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple initiatives concurrently.
