Maaden is seeking a Principal Specialist TechOps Solution to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will work to translate business challenges into technical solutions and guide delivery teams through implementation.

Role Summary

The Principal Specialist TechOps Solution is responsible for capturing requirements for initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states, and driving work packages that demonstrate value. This involves defining solution plans in collaboration with Platform and Solution Architects, and supporting business unit deployments and management at site level.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges and site-based evidence into specific solution requirements.
• Prioritize solution elements to meet Business Unit objectives within relevant technology domains.
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and adhere to enterprise standards.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout the delivery process.
• Ensure implementations meet agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to define initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with agreed KPIs, value outcomes, and priorities.
• Identify and communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies early in the process.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology operations and solution delivery. The position requires a strong understanding of translating business needs into technical solutions and guiding implementation teams.
