TSA/Captain

About the Role

EDITION is seeking a TSA/Captain to join its team. This full-time role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience through attentive service and operational efficiency. The position involves direct interaction with guests, coordination with kitchen staff, and maintaining a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guest service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
• Ensure transactions are handled smoothly as part of the overall guest experience.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. Responsibilities also involve reading and verifying information, as well as lifting and moving objects. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
