About the Role

Quadcode is seeking a UGC Influencer / UGC Creator based in the GCC region to produce native short-form content. This contract position in Saudi Arabia involves creating content about a trading product utilized by millions of users globally. The role requires the ability to independently produce content, delivering 10-20 videos per month on a flexible schedule, with monthly payment for regular content packages and performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Create regular packages of short-form video creatives based on provided briefs.
• Film engaging, high-quality content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Publish agreed content on social media channels and facilitate collaborations with brand accounts.
• Analyze video performance and continuously refine hooks, formats, editing, and messaging.
• Share insights on local GCC trends, content formats, creators, and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with the team on concepts, scripts, and creative iterations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker, based in the GCC region.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of local social media culture and audience preferences.
• Access to a high-quality filming setup, such as a camera or iPhone 15 Pro/newer.
• Proficient video editing skills for short-form content.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content centered around a trading product.
• Prepared to film content in public locations when required by the creative concept.
• Ability to adhere to a brief while maintaining natural, authentic, and platform-native content.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Experience with advanced video editing, motion graphics, or creative effects.
• An existing YouTube channel or willingness to launch and develop one.
• Experience creating content that drives views, engagement, or conversions.

The test task involves creating a 20-30 second vertical video in Arabic for a trading or investment app, demonstrating a natural reaction to exploring trading and a transition to using the app or a demo account. The video should be filmed on a phone, use dynamic editing with subtitles and scene changes, and avoid promises of profit or "easy money" claims.
