Uniform Attendant

About the Role

As a Uniform Attendant at SLS The Red Sea, a part of Accor, you will be responsible for ensuring that team members' uniforms are well-maintained, organized, and readily available. This full-time position involves managing the daily operations of uniform distribution, collection, and care to support the resort's standards.

Located on the Red Sea coast, the resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. The environment is designed to foster creativity and individuality among its team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute clean and well-presented uniforms to team members.
• Receive, sort, and inspect used uniforms prior to processing.
• Prepare, label, assign, and issue uniforms for new team members.
• Support uniform fittings, exchanges, and replacement requests.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, and assignments.
• Organize uniforms by department, team member, and identification number.
• Monitor uniform inventory and report shortages, damages, or replacement requirements.
• Coordinate uniform cleaning, pressing, repairs, and alterations as needed.
• Support regular uniform inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Assist team members professionally with uniform-related requests.
• Maintain the uniform room in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Coordinate closely with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations.

Team Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with the Laundry and Housekeeping departments to ensure efficient and seamless uniform operations. The Uniform Attendant will play a key part in maintaining the professional appearance of the resort's team members.
