As a leading medical device manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, ALSHIFA is seeking a skilled Medical Sales Representative to manage sales and marketing for our Medical Supplies and Consumables business line. This role is crucial for driving growth and strengthening our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities and ensure overachievement of sales targets within the governmental sales cycle and in accordance with NUPCO regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide Clinical Training to end users on our products and solutions.
- Track market trends and communicate insights to management to influence strategic decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and forecasts.
- Spend 70% of working time on field activities, regularly visiting clients.
- Evaluate and recommend new products, promotions, and ideas for business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Lab, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Preferred experience: 2 years in medical sales.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
