About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Weightbridge Operator to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves managing the weighing of incoming and outgoing trucks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Accurately record truck weights, vehicle details, material type, supplier/customer information, and quantities.
Issue and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery documents.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations.
Cross-check delivery and dispatch documents against weighbridge records.
Monitor and report any discrepancies identified in vehicle weight or documentation.
Maintain daily weighing records and prepare comprehensive reports.
Ensure the weighbridge equipment and system are functioning correctly and report any operational issues.
Adhere to company safety, security, and operational procedures.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in a similar role.
Experience level required: 1-3 years.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to operate weighbridge systems effectively.
Proficiency in maintaining documentation and preparing reports.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, requiring on-site presence to manage weighbridge operations. The role involves coordination with multiple internal departments.
