Business Planning Analyst

About the Role

Actron Global is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join their team in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with substantial experience in business planning, budgeting, and performance management within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business planning, budgeting, and performance management processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, including board and executive reporting, graphics, and dashboards.
• Contribute to the development of business objectives and performance measures.
• Utilize SAP for business planning and reporting functions.
• Develop and implement procedures and templates for business planning activities.
• Build and maintain performance databases for corporate functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in business objectives development and performance measures.
• Prior experience within the oil/gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, or feed industries.
• Strong and relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project environments.
• Solid hands-on experience directly relevant to the Business Planning Analyst role.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SAP for business planning and reporting.
• Professional capability in creating board and executive reports, graphics, and dashboards.
• Excellent skills in MS Windows and presentation software.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing procedures and templates.
• Good knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and auditing practices.
• Excellent ability to build performance databases for corporate functions.

This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be locally available for immediate engagement.
