Role Overview

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking an experienced Engineer Order Execution to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to coordinating and managing the technical aspects of order execution, ensuring strict compliance with customer specifications and timely delivery of products.

Position Summary

The Engineer Order Execution will work closely with various internal departments, including sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, and production, to facilitate seamless order processing. This position is critical for identifying and resolving technical issues or potential delays throughout the order execution lifecycle, contributing to overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all technical aspects related to order execution.
• Ensure that all orders adhere to customer specifications and contractual agreements.
• Monitor and track order progress to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth order execution.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays that may arise during the order execution process.
• Maintain accurate and current records for all orders and associated documentation.
• Provide regular reports on order status and performance metrics to the Order Execution Manager.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving order execution processes.
• Deliver professional presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all order activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum, or metallurgy specializations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) products and solutions.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic team focused on ensuring efficient and compliant order execution for ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail.
