Planning Engineer

Job Summary

HUDSON is seeking a Planning Engineer for a full-time position within a reputable Oil & Gas company. This role is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on workshop requirements related to the manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and pipings. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Planning Engineer will manage the fabrication, welding, and assembly processes for pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers. This role is critical for ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to project timelines within the workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting engineering drawings for manufacturing processes.
• Supervising daily workshop operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Handling project planning using ERP systems.
• Tracking material consumption for various projects.
• Managing vendor relationships and performance.
• Scheduling projects to meet deadlines and operational targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas fabrication.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 3000 to SAR 8000, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
