Join Front End Limited Company as a Business Development Manager – Power & New Energy!
We are seeking a dynamic individual responsible for driving sales across solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), power cables, and new-energy solutions. This role combines market development with exclusive-partner management and project origination, identifying opportunities and collaborating with developers, EPCs, utilities, commercial & industrial clients, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth & Market Development: Own and grow the sales pipeline for renewable energy solutions.
• Exclusive Partner & Channel Management: Strengthen relationships with key partners and translate their offerings.
• Project Origination & Deal Closing: Lead project opportunities from lead generation to contract signing.
• Strategy, Coordination & Reporting: Provide market intelligence and ensure deliverable proposals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in business development or sales in energy solutions.
• Track record of closing project-level deals in relevant fields.
• Strong commercial skills in pricing and contract negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with the Saudi/GCC energy landscape.
• Established network in the renewables and utilities ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills.
