As a Sales Engineer, you will be pivotal in identifying client needs and offering tailored technical solutions. This full-time position requires you to engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Jeddah and the Western Region.
- Promote and sell testing and measurement equipment.
- Provide tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Offer pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales of testing and measurement equipment.
- Strong background in Sales Engineering and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Eastern area is preferable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
