About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Engineer with a strong leadership background and solid knowledge of process equipment in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Mining industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining records of all Industrial projects and related EPCs.
- Regular updates to the Business Unit Manager.
- Achieving agreed annual sales targets.
- Developing sales opportunities and coordinating with various business lines.
- Registering with key clients and promoting sales and services.
- Implementing a 5-year growth strategy.
- Building good networks with required OEMs.
- Analyzing costs and techno-commercial proposals.
- Identifying market conditions and collaborative opportunities.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in selling Process/Filtration Equipment.
- Strong sales and marketing skills combined with self-initiative.
- Experience in building and managing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
