نظرة عامة على الدور:
تسمح هذه الوظيفة الهجينة بدوام كامل بالعمل عن بُعد جزئيًا. ستقوم بتحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة، وإدارة عمليات المبيعات، والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين. كاستشاري تقني، ستفهم وتلبي احتياجات العملاء أثناء التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء وتقديم حلول هندسية مخصصة.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في السوق السعودي، وخاصة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
  • مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل لبناء والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء.
  • أساس قوي في الهندسة الميكانيكية، خاصة المتعلقة بالمعدات الثابتة والدورانية الصناعية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تحديد فرص المبيعات وإغلاق الصفقات بفعالية.
  • رخصة قيادة سعودية مطلوبة.

Join Our Team as a Project Sales Engineer!
At AsasAlJood, we are seeking a driven and technically strong Project Sales Engineer to become a vital part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our project sales activities while building strong client relationships across assigned accounts and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Market Development:
    • Identify and develop new project opportunities.
    • Conduct regular client visits and technical discussions.
    • Monitor RFQs and support opportunity qualification.
    • Maintain CRM updates and manage sales pipeline.
  • Proposal Preparation & Technical Support:
    • Review technical requirements and prepare compliance documents.
    • Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and clients for quotations.
    • Prepare cost calculations and techno-commercial proposals.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  • Commercial Support:
    • Assist in pricing and margin analysis.
    • Support negotiation preparation.
    • Follow up on submitted quotations.
    • Handle technical and commercial clarifications.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and service teams.
    • Support smooth handover of awarded projects.
    • Track order progress and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (PMP is a plus).
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical sales (preferably rotating equipment/industrial services).
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle management and technical understanding relevant to industrial equipment and solutions.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively.

Apex Industrial Services is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Saudi Arabia’s Power & Utilities sector, expanding our presence across power generation, water utilities, and industrial infrastructure through advanced instrumentation and engineered solutions.

About Apex Industrial Services:
Apex Industrial Services is a leading solutions provider in process analyzers, instrumentation, calibration, and engineered packages, serving the Oil & Gas, Power, and Water sectors. We partner with global leaders and provide strong AMC and service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business development for Power & Utilities clients.
  • Promote Apex portfolio including:
    • Control & automation systems (PLC ecosystem).
    • Process analyzers & CEMS solutions.
    • Field instrumentation (flow solutions).
    • Vibration monitoring & condition-based solutions (good to have).
  • Identify and develop opportunities in power plants, water desalination, transmission & distribution projects.
  • Lead technical sales cycles: from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, and EPCs.
  • Support LSTK and integrated solution opportunities, aligning with Apex’s engineering and service capabilities.
  • Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and calibration teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Track project pipelines and align with upcoming Vision 2030 infrastructure developments.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical).
  • Proven experience in Saudi Power & Utilities sector (mandatory).
  • Strong background in technical sales (instrumentation, control, analyzers).
  • Knowledge of DCS/PLC systems (ABB preferred).
  • Established network within utilities and EPCs in KSA.
  • Strong techno commercial and solution selling mindset.
  • Ability to position integrated solutions (products + services + AMC).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership of targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
